FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to methods of treating scars after mastectomy. At early stage, 1-2 months after operation non-adhesive silicone-gel plate is applied on skin in area of scar with formation of similar silicone bed and creation of additional compression on scar by application of external prosthesis of mammary gland, and fixed with elastic bodice. External prosthesis, whose internal surface contains silicone-gel layer, made with thickness 2.5-5 mm from transparent biostable adhesive silicon-organic compounds, is applied 6 months after operation.
EFFECT: invention increases medicinal-cosmetic effect of non-surgical reconstruction of breast, both at early stage and in late post-surgical period.
