FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to slip switch control devices, particularly to switchset. Proposed joint comprises sleeves made from antifriction sintered iron-based material impregnated with oil and axles made from case-hardening steel 20X or "18ХГТ", their friction surfaces being subjected to surface hardening by chemical-thermal treatment. To produce the sleeve, powders of copper, nickel, iron are mixed. Premixed powders of graphite and molybdenum disulfide are added to above said produced mix. Final mixing is performed with the following ratio of components, wt %: carbon 0.7-0.8; nickel 0.1-0.9; copper 2.3-2.6; molybdenum disulfide 1.3-1.6; iron making the rest. Produced mix is compacted, sintered and cooled down in vacuum to 750-850°C at the rate of 2.5-3.5°C/min. Now, workpiece is impregnated with hydraulic or axle oil with freezing temperature of not over -60°C.
EFFECT: higher wear resistance, longer life.
