FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction industry and may be used to make heat-structural panels of cellular polystyrene, and also panels reinforced with frames including metal elements, and other items on the basis of the same technology for use in other fields of consumer market, and also in production of packaging material. Method for manufacturing of heat-structural panels of cellular polystyrene includes operations of preliminary foaming of polystyrene granules, and then previously foamed polystyrene is divided into fractions by diametre of granules. Then mould is prepared to make heat-structural panels, to close and adjoin half-moulds, to fill them with granules of selected fraction of preliminary foamed polystyrene through system of their supply. At the same time in order to achieve stable coefficient of mould space fill, treatment operations are carried out by parametres pre-selected for this fraction. Supply and curing are carried out in compliance with superheated steam cyclogram, drain of condensate, supply of cooling agent, blowing with air of excessive pressure or vacuum, disconnection of half-moulds, opening of mould and withdrawal of finished product using auxiliary mechanisms.

EFFECT: invention provides for stable density characteristics and physical-mechanical properties of cellular polystyrene in finished products.
