FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns construction industry and can be used to manufacture heat insulation materials from cellular polystyrene and items of their basis. Technical result is achieved by the device for manufacturing of heat insulation materials from cellular polystyrene, which comprises stationary and mobile half-moulds, replaceable elements to create coupling quarter in finished product, fixtures, axis of mobile half-mould rotation relative to stationary half-mould, mechanisms of mould opening and closing, extraction of finished product, system for supply of pre-foamed polystyrene, steam, cooling agent, blowdown, control according to cyclogram. At the same time axis of mobile half-mould rotation relative to stationary half-mould is displaced relative to plane of die mould joint at the distance that makes ½ of thickness of manufactured heat insulation material, and control system is equipped with sensors of mould opening and closing.

EFFECT: reduced gap between mobile and stationary mount parts of mould, elimination of burr on finished products and reduced duration of technological cycle for making single piece.
