FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: mineral hydraulic binder, in particular, for production of concrete or building mortars or cement suspensions on the basis of at least one cement, containing clinker phases, which when mixed with water provides for stationary phase, during which noticeable hardening reactions are not observed, at least one fine-dispersed SiO2-component in the form of pyrogenic silicic acid with content of SiO2 between 96 and 100 wt % and with primary grain size (d95) between 0.007 and 0.04 micrometre or in the form of deposited silicic acid with grain size in the form of agglomerates between 3 and 15 micrometre, and at least one highly dispersed CaO-component in the form of white caustic lime of fine crushing and/or hydraulic caustic lime with grain size (d95) between 0.5 and 100 micrometre, or white slaked lime of fine crushing, and/or hydraulic slaked lime with grain size (d95) between 0.7 and 100 micrometre, where at least one SiO2-component and at least one CaO-component with mixing water during stationary phase as a result of puzzolane reaction harden and create phase of calcium silicate hydrate, providing for concrete strength in early age, and clinker phases of cement produce hydrate phases with water, which will harden into cement stone. Method for production of specified binder is characterized by the fact that previously at least one SiO2-component is mixed with at least one CaO-component, and then produced mixture is mixed with at least one specified cement.

EFFECT: increased strength in early age.
