FIELD: concrete.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a compact and highly dense developed composition of a binder for concrete and to a method for producing said composition. More specifically, the developed composition of a binder for concrete comprises at least one mechano-chemically modified component. The developed composition of a binder for concrete comprises a first set of a mineral binding material, containing a hydraulic material, optionally, combined with a pozzolanic material; and a second set of a mineral binding material, containing a pozzolanic material and a pozzolanic activator material, wherein the second set of a mineral binding material has a particle size mode (D2) not exceeding 1/3 of the particle size mode of the first set of a mineral binding material (Dl). The method for producing the developed composition of a binder for concrete includes mixing a first amount of a first set of a mineral binding material with a second amount of a second set of a mineral binding material resulting in a developed composition of a binder for concrete, wherein: the first set of a mineral binding material comprises a hydraulic material, optionally, combined with a pozzolanic material; and the second set of a mineral binding material comprises a pozzolanic material and a pozzolanic activator material, wherein the second set of a mineral binding material has a particle size mode (D2) not exceeding 1/3 of the particle size mode of the first set of a mineral binding material (Dl).
EFFECT: production of a simplified quick-setting mixture, improvement of the binding properties, increase in the strength characteristics.
