FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydrogenation refining method of heavy oil residues in presence of molybdenum-containing catalyst distributed in raw material, at increased temperature and hydrogen pressure. Raw material is pre-homogenised in mixture with modifier, and oil fractions of secondary origin are used as the latter, at temperature of 80-95°C; there introduced is molybdenum-containing precursor of catalyst and surface-active substance - lecitin; the obtained mixture is dispersed till stable emulsion with average diametre of drops, which is equal to 45-260 nm, is formed, and hydrogenation is performed; then distillate fractions boiling at up to 520°C and residue boiling at the temperature of more than 520°C is extracted from reaction products, and the residue is returned to the re-cycle in quantity of 5-60 wt % to dispersion stage.
EFFECT: increasing yield of light fractions, decreasing coke formation.
