FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of oil wastes, namely oil sludge, into petroleum products, and can be used for utilization of oil sludge and obtaining distillate fractions with temperature of no higher than 520 °C. For oil sludge preparation, it is contacted with solvent in the extractor, extraction with constant stirring and purging with inert gas, separation of water from extract, parts of solvent and fraction of light hydrocarbons boiling up to 350 °C. Rest of the extract is separated by settling and decanting to a liquid organic phase and a precipitate. Latter is sent for re-extraction. Hot filtration of the second extract is carried out at excess pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa and a temperature of 45–50 °C and the filtrate is mixed with the liquid organic phase from decantation stage. Solvent is separated from filter cake by evaporation, and from filtrate or its mixture with liquid organic phase by rectification. Rest of rectification is heated to 70–90 °C, with extracting of prepared oil sludge. Further it is mixed with wood sawdust, which is pre-impregnated with aqueous solution of catalyst precursor – ammonium paramolybdate, so that catalyst precursor content in feed is 0.05 % by weight, based on Mo, mixture is dispersed in rotary cavitation dispersant and feedstock is hydrogenated in reactor at elevated temperature and pressure in presence of hydrogen and catalyst formed in situ from catalyst precursor.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in degree of oil sludge utilization, including its heaviest hydrocarbon fractions, excluding corrosion of equipment and poisoning of catalyst with mineral impurities contained in oil sludge, and increase in yield of distillate fractions, decrease in coke yield during hydroconversion of oil sludge.
