FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: variator consists of case, driving shaft and of double epicycle (3). Receiving part of epicycle (3) consists of working circuit in from of epitrochoid (4) outlined with vertexes of three-angle rotor (5). There is coaxially installed crank (6) made off-centre relative to solar pinion (7) solid with it, axis of which coincides with centre of double epicycle (3). Radii of solar pinion (7) and crank (6) relate as 2:3. Concentricity is equal to half of radius of solar pinion (7). Side surface of three-angle rotor (5) has pin (8) matching with radial link (9) of driving carrier (10) coaxial with solar pinion (7). Second part of epicycle (3) corresponds to gear rim of internal engagement containing a group of satellites coupled with solar pinion (7) via the central gear and combined with a loading carrier.
EFFECT: simplification of design, increased reliability, service life and efficiency of variator.
