FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to propulsion engineering. Rotor-piston internal combustion engine comprises body 1, trihedral rotor 4, loading shaft 7 and mechanism for transformation of rotary-mobile movement of rotor into rotary motion of cartridge and shaft. Body 1 comprises working chamber 2, shape of which is defined by curve - epitrochoid 3. Trihedral rotor 4 contains crankshaft 5 installed in it coaxially and arranged eccentrically relative to cartridge 6 integral with it and enveloping loading shaft 7, ball-shaped surface of which is surrounded with closed circular groove of semi-round section. In internal spherical surface of cartridge 6 arc-shaped grooves of semi-circular section are arranged for combination with annular slot by means of balls 10. In upper part of body 1 there are exhaust 11 and suction 12 windows and in its lower part spark plug 13 is installed for ignition of compressed fuel mixture.
EFFECT: increased capacity of engine and provision of automatic redactor capability depending on resistance of transport vehicle.
