SUBSTANCE: separation of quasi-stationarity segments in analysis of speech signal in vocoders with linear prediction is based on change of their duration in compliance with classification of speech segments and calculation of the main tone frequency.
EFFECT: improved accuracy of coding and reduced required speed of transmission.
