FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed transducer comprises piezo transducer and preamplifier. First part of preamplifier is arranged in transducer package and comprises amplification stage built around field transistor and three resistors. Second part of preamplifier is arranged outside said package and comprises decoupling capacitor and stabilitron. Cathode of the latter and first output of decoupling capacitor are connected to field transistor source. Second output of decoupling capacitor and stabilitron anode are connected with recorder and power supply, respectively, common point of both being connected with field transistor drain. Transducer comprises also first and second diode connected in series. Cathode of 1st diode and anode of 2nd diode are connected with source and drain of field transistor, respectively. Their midpoint is connected with field transistor gate, first electrode of piezo transducer via 1st resistor first output. First resistor 2nd output is connected with first outputs of 2nd and 3rd resistors. Second output of 2nd resistor is connected with field transistor source. Second output of 3rd resistor is connected with piezo transducer 2nd electrode and field transistor drain.
EFFECT: simplified circuitry, reduce intrinsic noise and protection against field transistor breakdown.
