TRANSISTOR INVERTER Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC H02M5/458

Abstract RU 2614045 C1

FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: transistor inverter has an uncontrolled rectifier arranged in a bridge circuit that is connected on one side to a power line, on the other hand to the capacitor filter, to the positive and negative terminals of which is connected single-phase voltage inverter comprising four field-effect transistors, two-wheeling diode and inverter control unit, a drain of the first power transistor connected to the cathode of the first free-wheeling diode and the positive terminal of the filter capacitor, the source of the first power transistor is connected to the anode of the first free-wheeling diode, the drain of the second power transistor connected to the cathode of the second free-wheeling diode and the positive terminal of the filter capacitor, the source the second power transistor connected to the anode of the second diode is reverse, the gates of all four field transistors are connected to the inverter control unit. The voltage source inverter, the first power transistor is connected to the source of the first auxiliary transistor, the drain of which is connected to the negative terminal of the filter capacitor. The source of the second power transistor is connected to the source of the second auxiliary transistor whose drain is connected to the negative terminal of the filter capacitor. The transformer has two primary semi-windings, first and second in series and according to the forming medium output beginning of the first primary semi-windings connected to the sources of the first power transistor and the first auxiliary transistor and the end of the second primary semi-windings connected to the sources of the second power transistor and the second auxiliary transistor. To the secondary winding of the transformer, the active-inductive load is connected in parallel. To the middle pin of the transformer, the beginning of the primary winding of a three-winding choke is connected, the end of the primary winding is connected to the negative terminal of the filter capacitor. Finished auxiliary winding two winding inductor is connected to the anode of the diode of the charge storage capacitor electric power, the cathode of which is connected to one terminal of a capacitor storage of electric energy and at the same time to the anode of the thyristor, the cathode of which is connected to the middle conclusion of the transformer, the other terminal additional winding two winding inductor and a second terminal capacitor electrical energy storage device connected to the negative terminal of the filter capacitor. The gate electrode of the thyristor is connected to the inverter control unit.

EFFECT: reducing the amount of power field-effect transistors, which reduces the weight and size parameters and the key elements of the converter as a whole, increase the control range of the output voltage on the active-inductive load, providing galvanic isolation of the high-voltage inverter and the load.
