SUBSTANCE: clippers comprise upper and lower cutters facing each other and forming inner concave parts in the form of spoon. Blades are facing each other at one side of concave parts. Holes for bearing axle are arranged near blades. Elastic parts that protrude at one side from concave parts are joined near end to combine upper and lower cutters. Lever is arranged over upper cutter and is connected by means of bearing axle passing through upper and lower cutters. At the same time areas of contact between blades of upper and lower cutters differs from height in area, where edges of upper and lower cutter concave parts join.
EFFECT: device design prevents flying-off of clipped nails.
