SUBSTANCE: invention refers to manufacturing method of clippers. First, there shaped is upper blade and lower blade, which form blade body, with inclination at equal inclination angle. At that, one end of upper blade is connected to end of lower blade. Then there formed is inner surface with inclination of upper blade, which is directed downwards; the surface is made in the form of an arch curved inwards and having specified curvature and passing along the inclination directed downwards, and end of upper blade is shaped in vertical plane for forming the edge. At that, there shaped is inner surface with inclination of lower blade, which is directed upwards, and which is curved outwards in the form of an arch having the same curvature as the arch shape in upper blade, and passing along the inclination directed upwards, and end of lower blade is shaped in vertical plane for forming the edge. Then there provided is contact of two ends of upper and lower blades to each other, and two ends are ground simultaneously in vertical plane in order to shape the edge curved inwards in the form of arch on the end of upper blade, and the edge curved outwards in the form of an arch on the end of lower blade. There also proposed are curved blades of clippers and curved clippers themselves.

EFFECT: providing manufacture of quality products without a gap between concave arched edge and convex arched edge in the form of an arch.
