FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should dissect cross-sectionally both serous and muscular layer of small intestine. Tunnel is formed between muscular and submucous layers. Serous-muscular sutures are applied between choledochus and small intestine. Choledochus is crossed. Choledochal stump is put into tunnel developed. Small intestine is dissected below anastomosis. Small intestinal mucosa is dissected in area of distal choledochal part. One should introduce an implant in the form of titanium nickelide clamp with memory of shape. One clamp's coil is applied onto mucosa together with submucous layer of small intestine. Anterior choledochal wall is fixed towards small intestinal mucosa. Anterior row of serous-muscular sutures is performed. Small intestine is sutured. The present method prevents the enter of food masses into choledochus.
