FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: traditional renal decapsulation or sparing notching renal decompression is applied. Jet-aerosol high-voltage pulse electric discharge is applied for the electrohydraulic treatment of a purulent destruction focus of the renal parenchyma. Exposure time is 5 s/cm2 of the purulent focus area, at burst time 0.15-0.25 s, spacing interval 0.15-0.25 s, distance between a source and a renal surface 45-50 mm, potential difference 4.6 kV, current strength 0.5 kA, and discharge frequency 50-70 Hz.
EFFECT: method allows for decreased inflammation, faster regenerative processes, and cut hospital admission time.
