SUBSTANCE: moulded breather is made of single-component one-layer nonwoven fabric from continuous charged single-component alloy-spun partially crystalline, partially amorphous oriented fibres of one and the same polymer composition, which are attached to each other to form cohesive fabric suitable for processing, which may be softened with preservation of former orientation and structure of fibres. Breather represents a cup-like porous single-component one-layer matrix, in which fibres are fixed to each other, at least in some points, where they cross. Matrix has King hardness of more than 1 H.
EFFECT: invention provides for production of breather without application of layers that increase hardness, without application of double-component fibres or other strengthening components in structure of filtration layer.
