FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: steam is fed in heat carrier channel 12 made in mould negative part 6 to start heating the side with surface that form the mould cavity to preset temperature and, then mould is closed. Now, heating is terminated for preset amount of synthetic resin J is injected into cavity S. Thereafter, compressed is injected into space between rear surface of synthetic resin J and cavity-forming surface of mould positive part 27 to force said resin toward cavity-forming surface to hold synthetic resin. In holding, cooling water is fed into channel 12 to solidify synthetic resin front surface on the side of mould negative part 6. Synthetic resin solidified to certain degree, pressure is removed to let compressed gas out from injection moulding equipment. Compressed gas released, cooling air is forced into space between synthetic resin rear surface and cavity-forming surface of the mould positive part 27.
EFFECT: ruling out of moulded product and irregularity of transition in mould, reduced moulding time.
