FIELD: textile industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed cord-weaving device comprises frame, drive, receiving and traction devices and table with guide slots, where holders of spindles are arranged with braiding threads. Double-disk rotating table kinematically joined to device drive is installed under table on central pipe. On lower disk of rotating table there are holders of coils arranged evenly along circumference with threads of initial single strands of double-twisted core, rigidly fixed on axles of slave satellite wheels of gear planetary drive with central wheel fixed on device frame, and central wheel is kinematically joined to satellite wheels via intermediate wheels. Upper disk of rotating table is arranged in the form of draw plate with openings to direct threads of core into zone of their twisting. Gear ratio of planetary drive from central wheel to slave satellite wheel is established as equal to the following: where i - gear ratio of planetary drive from central wheel to slave satellite wheel; Zc - number of central wheel teeth; ZSS - number of teeth in slave satellite wheel; ms - number of strands in twisted core of woven cord. At the same time angular speed of rotating table rotation in rpm is determined according to the following equation: nr=Kc·Vo, where nr - angular speed of rotating table rotation; Kc - secondary final twist of core threads, turns/metre; Vo - speed of output of cord-weaving device, m/min.
EFFECT: invention provides for development of cord-weaving device, where process operations to form double-twisted core of balanced structure and to produce finished product - woven cord are combined by aggregation of mechanisms of double twisting and cord weaving.
