FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed winged gear partially dipped in oil bath is composed of cylindrical sleeve with inner helical groove. Gear with support ring and winged disc with semicircular grooves are fitted on opposite of said sleeve. Said support ring has radial oil intake channels, their lengthwise axes being located parallel with coordinate axes of support disc horizontal plane and shifted therefrom by e=(Di-dc)/2, where e is the shift of channels horizontal channels from coordinate axes, mm, Di is support sleeve inner diameter, dc is diameter or width of oil intake channel, mm. Oil discharge channels are made in top part of said sleeve. Winged disc has extra through lubing channels with their lengthwise axes located in horizontal plane and aligned with coordinate axes of semicircular grooves of winged disc. Note here that quantity of lubing channels equal the number of semicircular recesses while porous wicks are fitted in every lubing channel.
EFFECT: additional lubing of whorl surface rubbing against winged disc.
