FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: small arms receiver comprises barrel, breech block, receiver and back stand, at the same time barrel, breech block pressed onto barrel and receiver are joined by single rivet, hole for which is located approximately in the middle of receiver height. Back stand is put on front end of breech block arranged with thread, and is tightened by nut to front end of barrel. Therefore, availability of support surfaces in receiver arranged at opposite sides of rivet axis results in the fact that barrel with breech block pressed on it and back stand when nut is tightened, occupy strictly specified position relative to receiver without application of any accessories.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability and reduced labour intensiveness for combination of receiver, barrel, breech block and back stand, while it is still possible to use back stand as support for underbarrel grenade launcher.
