FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprises drying and tightness control modules. Drying module incorporates handling system and slit-type heaters, while tightness control module consists of control chamber connected with leaks detector, and vacuum chambers designed to decrease and increase residual pressure that are furnished with adequate exhaust appliances. Labyrinth seals are arranged between said chambers. Proposed plant comprises system that allows simultaneous transfer of two power rods along the axis of tightness control module and consists of pusher and puller, both revolving about their axes and reciprocating in synchronism with power rods. Puller can additionally translate with respect to pusher.
EFFECT: higher reliability of control, completely automated control equipment.
