SUBSTANCE: proposed heater comprises heating plate 200 made from stainless steel and closed heating element 202 enclosed in steel shell secured or formed directly on heating plate bottom side. Heating plate 200 features thickness equal to or exceeding 0.3 mm and curved central part made in the form of bends to receive closed heating element. Heating plate central part features domed shape to mount vessel filled with water.
EFFECT: reduced deformation of heating plate and smaller thickness.
