FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment and can be used in medicine, agriculture and etc. Proposed plant comprises positive and negative charge electrodes arranged coaxially and semi-permeable shell ring fitted there between. Vertical positive electrode 1 makes a case represents a tube section with jointing threaded tip 2 and water discharge channel 11 communicated with said case along circumference, while negative electrode 8 represents tube section with outlet jointing threaded tip 13. Note here that negative electrode tube section located inside case inner space has perforation 9. Negative electrode outer surface accommodates semi-permeable ring of micro-porous plastic material. Water discharge channel between negative electrode and casing has dielectric waterproof seal 14. Guide device consisting of flow divider 3 with guide ribs 4 is arranged ahead of negative electrode, said guide ribs 4 being made along parabolic curves with LH direction and with blade head. Blade head blades feature LH direction and are fitted on hub 6 with the help of pins 7 to vary angle of installation of blade 5 relative to water flow. Positive and negative potentials are fed to electrode outer surfaces by means of buses 15 and 16. Positive and negative electrodes are made from stainless steel.
EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.
