FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water treatment and can be used in medicine, agriculture and etc. Proposed activator comprises dielectric housing accommodating positive and negative charge electrodes separated by semi-permeable membrane. Note here that said electrodes represent perforated tube sections made from stainless steel that sustains electrochemical corrosion. Said tubes house guide augers with LH coiling also made from said stainless steel and staying in electric contact with said perforated tubes. Dielectric housing covers electrodes and semi-permeable membrane that is pressed against perforated tube walls. Water feed represents a cowl. Flow separator with guide vanes is arranged on semi-permeable membrane nearby perforated tube inlet. Electrode outlet branch pipes have cylindrical section and tapered section connected with cylindrical discharge pipeline furnished with hydraulic control valves. There are current-conducting buses to feed positive and negative potentials to electrodes.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and simplified design.
