FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: form for floor forming is intended for application in construction industry. In particular to form floors of monolithic buildings and structures. Structural features of invention consist in the fact that form design includes lifting-support and support stands, where mechanisms are installed to lift form and transform its folds (to fold and unfold them). At the same time mechanisms of form lifting are installed only on bearing stands. Support stands are arranged between bearing stands. Support stands are intended to hold the whole form in stable vertical position, when lifting-support stands are not yet lifted to the following floor. Support stands are equipped only with a mechanism of folds transformation and support mechanism. Number of bearing stands and support stands in form depends on room size. Number of stands in form depends on room size. Form is lifted from one floor to another automatically through technological opening (specially left slot in floor). Along perimetre of form there are special figure attachments installed, with the help of which a decorative cornice is also formed simultaneously along walls joint and floor following whole perimetre of the room. To eliminate gap between walls and form there is an inflatable element installed along perimetre of figure attachment. Form in position with unfolded folds (horizontal position) is fixed with the help of automatically sliding pins installed along perimetre of form and taking all load of floor concrete. At the same time pins rest against upper cut of walls. After formation of floor and lifting of form to the following floor, technological openings and pin holes are concreted. All processes of form lifting and transformation of its folds are performed by commands from control unit.
EFFECT: such design of form is quite efficient in operation, especially in erection of high-rise monolithic buildings.
