FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: design features of invention consist in the fact that inserts of special construction are used. Inserts are intended for forming vertical slopes of opening, covering and concrete outline around the opening. At that, inserts are hung on form panels of certain construction and fixed in design position with wedges. Inserts can be moved along the edge of form panels, which gives the possibility of changing the dimensions of opening and width of slope within wide ranges by using one and the same inserts. The insert forming covering of the opening is installed on frame and equipped with telescopic arms.
EFFECT: improved operating reliability.
