FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to void formers intended for making vent, air heating and installation conduits, etc, in cast-in-situ structures and other structured from hardening materials. Attributes of proposed void former consist in using wedge-shape inserts mating in inclined faces. Note here that adjacent inserts may slide over inclined faces relative to each other. All jobs are performed without manual work, by drive and lifting mechanism.
EFFECT: free detachment of void former from concrete and withdrawal from formed vertical conduit.
