SUBSTANCE: system consists of section of drilling pipes with wire. The section includes at least an upper part of drill string and forms at least a section of a two-way communication channel between downhole equipment and a top of the drill string. Further, the section of drilling pipes with wire includes a driving part of the string designed for connection with the topmost drilling pipe with wire, a drive mechanism mechanically coupled with the said driving part of the string to rotate the drill string, the first wire-less sub-system of a receiver-transmitter mounted on the driving part of the string and rotating together with the drill string, a cable laid between an upper lock of the topmost drilling pipe with the wire and the first wireless sub-system of the receiver-transmitter, the second wireless sub-system of the receiver-transmitter connected to the sub-system of the processor of the well bore top and facilitating double-way communication with the first wireless sub-system of the receiver-transmitter.
