FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of geophysical measurements in the wellbore, in particular to the well telemetry systems between the surface control unit and the downhole equipment arranged in the wellbore passing through the geological formation. Disclosed is a method for contactless telemetry of wells, which includes operations for transmitting and reading a spectrum of information between a surface recording and control system and a complex downhole tool by means of a contactless receiving-transmitting sub of an electromagnetic signal with a memory unit installed on a drill pipe at a fixed distance from the wellhead, and a ground antenna installed with ground at a fixed distance from the drilling rig and connected to the ground recording and control system. Transceiver of the electromagnetic signal is coupled with the downhole module by means of a geophysical cable with length equal to the value of the vertical borehole of the well. Free end of the cable and the downhole module connected to it are equipped with response receiving-transmitting electromagnetic devices with signal spectrum converters.

EFFECT: providing accurate and reliable information exchange between downhole equipment and surface recording and control systems without "wet" contact of the geophysical cable with the downhole instrument.
