SUBSTANCE: device includes insert (18) containing at least one flange (20); at that, insert (18) is intended to arrange fixing element (16) of bolt type in it. Flange (20) has outer surface containing gear elements (23), and device includes part (24) made from ductile material and having the hole intended for passage of fixing element (16). Gear elements (23) are intended for interaction, when the panel is being fixed on support element, with part (24) made from ductile material to perform this attachment without deformation of the above panel. Transport means include the above fixing devices of light panel on support element.
EFFECT: improving reliability of the design because the risk of damage to panel or fixing element is eliminated.
