FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of composite materials and relates to a method for manufacturing a weldable multilayer metal-polymer composite. A method for manufacturing a sandwich panel as a semi-finished product, in which at least one layer (4) of a non-metallic material is placed between at least two metal layers (1, 2, 5). At least one of the metal layers is formed in the form of a three-dimensional layer (2), and the metal layers (1, 2, 5) are closed in material to each other by means of a tack weld (3, 8) at the metal contacts between the metal layers (1, 2, 5) to ensure the possibility of contact electric welding of a semi-finished product.
EFFECT: invention provides the ability to connect a sandwich panel to connect a semi-finished product by resistance welding to other sheets, plates, complex parts or other sandwich panels, to obtain a structure that represents the desired combination of solutions.
