FIELD: manufacture of parts and panels from preliminarily fabricated constructional materials. SUBSTANCE: method involves making premolded blanks for working parts of single unit from composite material and joining them in unsealed state or in partially sealed state by means of binders positioned between related adjoining surfaces of blanks 13,15,36 through ends of filaments 17,19 which are extending perpendicular to surfaces of blanks 13,15 and by which surface of blank 36 is connected to other blanks; subjecting connected surfaces to joint sealing. Ends of filaments are formed on fibrous blank surface by punching with needles. Method is used to manufacture from constructional materials sandwich-type panels composed of two liner layers between which filler is disposed. Filler may be formed from partition walls extending perpendicular to liner layers. EFFECT: increased efficiency and strength of parts and panels. 9 cl, 13 dwg
