FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of bearing fixed part, of driving shaft, of driven shaft made hollow and of controlled coupling. The driving shaft is inserted into a cavity of the driven shaft with a gap to ensure free rotation of the driving shaft relative to the driven shaft without kinematic connection between them. The bearing fixed part is installed with a gap relative to the driving and driven shafts for free rotation of the said shafts relative to the fixed bearing part without kinematic connection between them. The controlled coupling is installed on the driving shaft to ensure kinematic connection between the driving and the driven shaft; a tooth gear is installed on the driven shaft.
EFFECT: facilitating change of rotation direction of driven shaft relative to driving shaft and change of rotation frequency of driven shaft relative to driving shaft.
