FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, namely, to a friction mechanism for infinitely variable change of driven shaft speed. The drive comprises a casing (1), a carrier (2), driving (3) and support (4) central wheels, two-row planetary pinions with conical gear wheels (5) in the first row and friction rollers (6) of frontal type - in the second row. The friction rollers are clamped between friction disks, the first friction disk (7) is coupled to a gear pinion (10) via a cam clutch (9), then to a driven shaft (12) via an output gear pinion (11), and the second friction disk (8) is coupled to the first one (7) via an intermediate gear pinion (13) freely fit on the carrier. An input shaft (14) is rigidly connected to the driving wheel (3). There is a mechanism to move the friction rollers at a spline shaft (15) by means of lead screws (16) fit on the gear pinions (17) via guides (22). The lead screws pass through the friction rollers (6) with lead nuts (27). Then the gear pinions (17) are coupled to the shaft (21) via a gear pinion block (18, 19), a gear pinion (20), rotation of the shaft can move the friction rollers (6).
EFFECT: small dimensions and increased torque transmission.
