FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices transferring rotation between shafts, that can make flat angular displacement relatively to each other, including during rotation, and can be used in the machine building. The hinge joint of equal angular speeds contains drive shaft (1) installed in the casing (2) and connected with pinion carrier (H) of the planetary gear. The satellite gears (3)of the pinion carrier (H) enter in the engagement with central tooth-wheels (4, 5) free installed on the shaft (1) and having additional toothed rim (6, 7). The wheel (4) by its rim (6) engages at right angle with intermediate tooth-wheel (8) that by its additional toothed rim (9) or directly engages at right or other angle with the tooth wheel (10) of the driven shaft (11). Shaft (11) is on trunnion (12). The rotating shaft (13) of the trunnion (12) is installed in the casing (2) at right angle to the shaft (1) and at right or another angle to the shaft (11). On the shaft (11) the wheel (8) and tooth wheel (14) engaged with the rim (7) of the wheel (5) of the planetary gear are located, at that the wheel (8) is free installed on the shaft (13), and trunnion (12) and wheel (14) are installed rigidly. Gear ratio of the tooth wheels of the specified hinge joint are equal to. Between rim (6) and wheel (8) - u=1, between wheel (14) and rim (7) - u=1, between wheel (5) and wheel (4) at fixed pinion carrier (H) - u=1, between rim (9) and wheel (10) of the shaft (11) - u=2.
EFFECT: designing of the device for connection of shafts transferring rotation with high speed, ensuring for shaft axes unlimited flat angular displacement relatively to each other, without change of position of angular displacement axis, without dependence of load of hinge joint assemblies and angular displacement of shafts, with possibility of use for drive controlled vehicle axle.
