FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: low-speed asynchronous energy converter operating off the three-phase alternating voltage mains includes stator consisting of cylindrical imbricated magnetic circuit with slots on inner surface and rotor with short-circuit winding, which is installed with air gap inside stator magnetic circuit. Number of slots in magnetic circuit is more by four times than the product of the number of pairs of poles by the number of slots per a pole and phase. In magnetic circuit slots there laid are sections of two windings, the axes of which are offset in space through 90 electrical degrees. The number of turns in one of the windings is less by √3 times, and section of wire is by √3 times more than the number of turns and section of wire of the other winding. Winding with smaller number of turns and bigger wire section is connected to one of the phases and neutral of supply mains, and winding with bigger number of turns and smaller wire section is connected to two other phases.
EFFECT: reducing the consumption of active materials, reducing the cost and improving energy and dynamic parametres of low-speed asynchronous energy converter.
