FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: differential amplifier comprises input parallel- balance cascade (PBC) (1) with the first (2) and second (3) cophased current outputs, the third (4) and fourth (5) cophased current outputs, antiphased to the first (2) and second (3) current outputs, current mirror (6), input of which is connected to the second (3) current output of input PBC (1), and output is connected to the third (4) current output of input PBC (1) and input (7) of buffer amplifier (8). Circuit includes additional transistor (9), emitter of which is connected to the first (2) and fourth (5) current outputs of input PBC (1), base is connected to input of current mirror (6), besides type of conductivity of input transistor (10) of buffer amplifier (8) matches type of conductivity of additional transistor (9).

EFFECT: reduced absolute value of shift voltage and its temperature drift.
