FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: cascode differential operating amplifier includes input parallel-balance cascade (1), the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs of which are connected to emitters of the first (4) and the second (5) output transistors (T) the bases of which are combined and connected to potential offset circuit (6), the third (7) and the fourth (8) output T, the bases of which are combined and connected to emitter of auxiliary T (9), output buffer amplifier (BA) (10) on the basis of input T (11) the conductivity type of which coincides with conductivity type of auxiliary T (9); at that, BA (10) input is connected to combined collectors of the first T (4) and the fourth T (8), base of auxiliary T (9) is connected to combined collectors of the second T (5) and the third T (7), and emitters of the third T (7) and the fourth T (8) are connected to power supply bus (12). Collector of auxiliary T (9) is connected to emitter of the second T (5).

EFFECT: decreasing zero offset voltage.
