FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier (CDA) comprises input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and second (3) current outputs and input (4) in common emitter circuit, the first (5) and second (6) output transistors (T), emitters of which are connected to according current outputs (2, 3) of DC (1), bases are combined and connected to the first source of potentials matching voltage (7), and emitters via according first (8) and second (9) current stabilising dipoles (CD) are connected to the first (10) bus of supply source (SS), output current mirror (11), input of which is connected to collector T (5), and output is connected to collector T (6) and to input (12) of buffer amplifier (13), besides current input (4) of common emitter circuit of DC (1) is connected to collector T (14) of reference current source, emitter of which is connected to the second (15) bus of SS via the third (16) CD, and buffer amplifier (13) is realised at input T (17), type of conductivity of which matches type of conductivity T (14) of reference current source. Base T (14) is connected to collector T (5).
EFFECT: reduced zero shift voltage.
