FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of carcasses processing. Method includes transportation of carcass 14 in suspended condition, carcass scanning, digitisation of scanning data and their transmission into unit of robot control 12, which is used to do at least one stage of processing. Knife 28 that rotates around axis is used to open both pelvic bones of carcass and abdominal wall and breastbone along the centre. During processing carcass rests with its back side 38 at support 36 moved synchronously with conveyor and is pressed to support by pressing element 44 moved together with the knife.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide for high-accuracy processing at high throughput capacity.
