SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to experimental gynaecology, pathomorphology, pathophysiology and embryology. Female reproductive system organ complex of female foetuses is subjected to surgical instrumentation. It is followed by physical euthanasia and extirpation of a pregnant experimental female's uterus, foetal material sampling and foetal preparation performed by means of microsurgical instruments. Procedure is performed under an operating microscope.

EFFECT: proposed method enables performing female reproductive system studies on experimental animals in late antenatal period, this allows to significantly expand research capabilities in embryology, pathomorphology, pathophysiology and experimental gynaecology, higher quality of the obtained results and deepened knowledge of the influence of pathogenic factors on the reproductive system in the antenatal period.
