FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in designs of crank presses intended for separation jobs. Proposed press comprises foundation with cylinder with piston rigidly secured therewith. Said piston is licked via rod with slider of actuator consisting of crank and rod. Besides proposed press comprises compressor and internal air lines incorporating gates, check valves, inlet and adjustable outlet valves to communicate cylinder chamber with the compressor, outer air lines and atmosphere. Note here that pressure is generated inside said cylinder to act on slider with constant force when it moved from the start of plastic deformation beginning to its extreme position. Besides force acting on the slider can be decreased to zero when it moves from its extreme operating position to extreme initial position.
EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life.
