FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure for production of items out of β-titanium alloy containing 15% of molybdenum. The disclosed here procedure consists in melting alloy at temperature over 1770°C, in precision cast of melted alloy into a casting mould corresponding to a fabricated item, in hot isostatic pressing, in successive annealing of the produced item at temperature 700-860°C and in hardening.
EFFECT: production of items of complex shapes out of titanium-molybdenum alloy with high mechanical properties and bio-compatibility.
