FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method for erection of bearing pipe-and-concrete structures from monolithic concrete in erection of buildings consists in installation of metal pipes with yokes from metal cylindrical plates with stiffening ribs arranged at the level of slabs and serving as supports for reinforcement of slabs, laying of concrete mix in pipe cavity and slabs casing. To improve bearing capacity, coaxial elastic cylinder is installed inside metal pipe prior to its filling with concrete mix coaxially at full height of floor, and upper part of cylinder is equipped with detachable fixator installed into internal cavity of pipe with the help of jacks, where excess pressure is supplied after concrete mix laying in cavity between pipe and cylinder to assist in pressing and reduction of shrinkage deformations, afterwards, as concrete gains strength of at least 30%, elastic cylinder is withdrawn, and produced cavity is filled with concrete on expansion cement to develop additional pressure and to improve physical-mechanical characteristics of concrete core and pipe-and-concrete structure as a whole, at the same time parallel to concrete mix laying into space between metal pipe and elastic cylinder, slab curb is filled with concrete mix.
EFFECT: improved bearing capacity of pipe-and-concrete structures.
