FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to construction of sunken parts of buildings from insitu reinforced concrete. The method of constructing foundation slabs and floor slabs of subsurface parts of buildings, constructed using the buried wall method, involves digging a foundation pit on the design reference mark, bottoming and putting a concrete bed under the foundation slab and concreting the walls and the floor slabs. The reinforcing cage is put into the structure. When constructing monolithic conjugates of foundation slabs and floor slabs with vertical walls, holes are made on the perimeter of the walls at the level of floor slabs and the foundation slab by erecting on reinforcing cages, vertical walls with flat liners from compact foamed polystyrene or penoplex with height not less than the width of the slabs, with the top inner rounded part with radius not greater than the width of the liner, while the bottom part is bevelled at an angle not less than 30°. When mating foundation slabs and floor slabs liners are mechanically removed or burned off. The bare inside reinforcement of vertical walls are cut bended at an angle 90° and joined with the reinforcement of the foundation slabs and floor slabs.

EFFECT: increased load-carrying capacity and reduced labour inputs.
