FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used to produce high-quality biologically active supplement (BAS) used for development of special-purpose food products. BAS to food represents powder from peeled acorns. Powder is produced by drying of unpeeled acorns down to moisture of 6-8%, further peeling to produce seed lobes. Then seed lobes are fried at the temperature of 100-105°C for 5-10 minutes and their grinding at the temperature of 20-25°C in thin film rotating along spiral and having thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm at pressure gradient of 30-50 MPa.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce additive with high physiological activity in stated regimes.
