SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, more specifically to psychoneurology, and can find application in the complex therapy of abnormal mental evolution. Neurological and psycho-logopaedic examinations, pharmacotherapy, logopaedic classes and transcranial micropolarisation (TCMP) are conducted in children. Starting from the 2-3 session of transcranial micropolarisation, an anode is applied on the left hemisphere in a projection of the posterior mid-frontal region on the line of the precentral gyrus, angular gyrus, on the line of the temporoparietooccipital region with the area of anode covering determined by the results of psycho-logopaedic examinations of a child; such TCMP represent therapeutic courses of 6-7 sessions each for 19-20 min; if necessary the therapeutic courses are performed again at least every 3-4 months.

EFFECT: method provides short-term improvement of fine motor skills, optical-graphic activity, visually-spatial functions, school skills of reading and writing that creates conditions for reduction of a correctional process and faster integration of a backward child to the environment of persons of the same age.
