FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modular centrifugal mills used in food industry and to mixers intended for mixing charges of various chemical composition. Proposed mill comprises system of proportioning devices and feed mechanism communicated with to material feed hole, material discharge mechanism, casing with medium grinding mechanism arranged inside working members and representing hammers or beaters, fine grinding mechanism arranged inside inner part of working member outer bases and representing split inserts made up of related structural elements that interact via adjustable gap, sealer, shaft and drive mechanism. Mill incorporates moving sealer system that links casing with the shaft, adjusting device arranged between material feed hole and material feed mechanism, hydraulic drive system and actuator valve intended for increasing air turbulence inside working members. Moving working member is linked with shaft and drive mechanism. Stationary working member incorporates material fine grinding mechanism heating and cooling systems and process control system connected with program device, adjusting device and actuator valve. Split inserts of the material fine grinding mechanism accommodate chambers of volumetric loading with resonating and reverberating aerodynamic devices that provide for high-frequency collision of ground material and ground material extraction device representing a set of even or uneven number of recesses or holes, or channels, and have magnetic device to clean ground material of metal impurities.
EFFECT: higher quality, reduced costs and electric power consumption.
